HVAC Service Coordinator
A local mechanical contractor is looking for someone with experience writing service proposals. Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Send resume to be considered.
- Assistance preparing construction bids
- Coordinate installation and schedule service calls
- Perform all aspects of purchasing for install and service
- Responsible for scheduling, and dispatching technicians to service calls
- Coordination of parts orders to coincide with technician arrival on site
- Handle all aspects of customer service including billing and accts receivable
- General office duties
