My client is seeking a qualified Lead Developer to join the software development team. The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading a small team of software developers and quality assurance testers, providing technical direction for products, and giving professional motivation for team members. Effective communication skills are essential in this role for bridging feature requests from product management with technical details from the software development team.
Requirements
BS in Computer Science and 8 years software development experience
Strong architecture skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to translate requests from clients to technical details required by the development team and vice versa
Experience with C#, Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, SSRS
Proficient understanding of SQL Server
Proficient understanding of MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and MS Exchange
Qualifications
Strong ability to lead and mentor junior developers
Thorough understanding of databases and administration
ERP and related software
Documentation and Requirements gathering
Interest in the latest software development tools and libraries
