Job Details:
Lead Software Engineer - Java
Our client is seeking a Lead/Pricipa Java Developer for a full-time, permanent position with at least 5 years of hands on experience. This person will be driving the architecture and technology choices for emerging platforms.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 7+ years of software development/architecture experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 2+ years working in a Lead/Principal role
- Experience mentoring and developing technical skills of junior team members
- Hands on experience with Java, Spring, JavaScript and CSS
- Experience with testing best practices like Junit, Mocking etc..
- Must have experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design skills
- Any exposure to AI/Machine Learning is a plus
- MUST be passionate about technology, learning and problem solving
- MUST be a US Citizen or Green card holder
