Job Details:
My client is a large union mechanical contractor in NYC. Looking for a Senior Design / Drafter to design Fire Sprinkler Systems for all sized commercial & residential projects. Perform layout using AutoCAD / SprinkCAD. Create hydraulic calculations & pipe lists for fabrication. Prepare project submittals in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes. Perform field surveys for coordination and as-built conditions. Attend coordination and progress project meetings. Maintain communication with office and field operations, as well as architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure smooth work schedule and process.
