Job Details:
We are a New York City Department of Buildings licensed concrete testing laboratory, class 1 special inspection agency, and commissioning authority, looking for an all-star Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer with 10 plus years’ experience. PE a plus but not required. Must be proficient in AutoCad, NYC codes and design of commercial and residential buildings.
- Development of plumbing & fire-protection systems.
- Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience working on a diversity of projects-commercial, high-rise, schools, retail, health care etc.
- Design of plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Experience with sanitary waste, storm, vent, and purified water systems.
- Survey and evaluation of existing conditions.
- Prepare code studies, written reports, and code compliance reviews.
- Proficient with auto cad.
- Team player with good communication skills.
