IT Business Process Analyst – Horsham PA
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time direct hire position with a competitive salary and great work environment! The ideal candidate will meet the following:
Duties/Responsibilities of Position:
• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end user to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.
• Create functional specifications for changes to new and/or existing applications and reports.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests for all new or modified applications and reports.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain new or improved written processes and procedures.
• Utilize Lean principles and tools to improve business processes.
• Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications to management, peers, staff, and other employees to ensure that issues and solutions are understood.
• Provide training for new applications as well as ongoing training for existing applications and processes.
• Conduct internal audits for process compliance
• Provide responsive, detailed and friendly service to internal customers
• Support and execution of division-wide initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education Required/Desired:
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• BS/BA/BBA degree a plus
