Preconstruction Manager -Multi Family - Commercial Construction

My client a General Contractor with a great record of success is seeking to add a Preconstruction Manager to their team. This is a new position and my client is expanding their operations to the Charlotte market. Candidates should be well versed in managing workflow for Estimators and develop budgets. 5+ years experience in a Estimating capacity handling large multi million dollar projects. Clear communication is key for this role as there will be heavy interaction with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Executives. Experience with Commercial and Multi-Family construction projects is desired. My client offers a competitive salary and benefits package!
