My client a well respected General Construction company in the Southern Florida market is seeking to add a stellar Superintendent to their growing staff. Qualified candidates should have 5+ years experience managing construction projects in the Southern Florida market. Experience managing large scale projects $1 million+ would be ideal. Experience on Commercial Interior projects is preffered . My client handles Commercial, Luxury Residential and Luxury Multi-Family projects throughout Florida. Responsibility for Budget, team development, scheduling, safety and meeting client expectations. Excellent written and communication skills. My client offers great benefits and competitive salary!
