Sr. Application Engineer
My client has a full time opening for a Sr. Application Engineer. Client offers a great work environment, comprehensive benefits plan and room for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Oversight of web and application environment
- Ensure scalability, performance and availability of infrastructure
- IIS Web Servers
- Ability to troubleshoot application and production issues
- Ability to work with the development, database and infrastructure team
- Implementation of system performance enhancements
- Building out servers and applications
- Optimization and configuration skills
- Powershell scripting
- Proven experience with client server applications and interfaces
- Experience in a .Net environment is preferred
- Relational database experience: SQL, Sybase etc
- Linux experience is a plus
