We are currently searching for an experienced Water/Wastewater Utilities Project Manager/Engineer to serve as a design lead and project manager for municipal utility water district and river authority projects. Candidate should have 8-15 years’ experience in municipal utility design with at least 3-5+ years of progressive project management experience. Design experience should include: water distribution system pipeline projects, wastewater collection projects, and water storage projects at a minimum. Water pump station and wastewater lift station experience is also desired. Project management experience should include: client contact responsibilities, project deliverables, project execution, agency coordination, scope and fee development along with project scheduling and subsequent tracking/reporting activities. This person will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and preparation of technical reports, plans, specifications and estimates for various utility projects. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a current Texas professional engineering license (or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months).
