IT Business Analyst
Job Summary:
This position works closely with business team, to oversee the support efforts, assist support team to understand business requirements, coordinate to reach agreement on project estimation and deliverables, conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and control the project release.
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand business requirement, and get agreement on the estimation and functional design, working as liaison between IT team and business user
Lead to work with business on user acceptance testing based on project request and control the project release
Continuous technology improvement, and catch up with the latest technical tendency on analysis & design, development methodology and programming languages.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated good project planning & management skill
Familiar with .Net Windows/Web application development
Familiar with SQL Server/ Oracle database development
Demonstrated communication skills
Proactive thinking & Initiative execution
