Job Details:
Seeking an experienced Building Automation Engineer with strong leadership and Project Management experience. This person will be the lead on various projects concerning installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, Estimating and Engineering! Skills should include but not be limited to:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Provide accurate estimates to minimize risk while maintaining low cost
- Track quantity and dollar volume of estimates
- Meet project deadlines
- Assist sales team with estimates, walk-throughs and field surveys
- Create scope letters for each project
- Review specification
- Assist with design work
- Provide documentation on estimates and proposals
- Provide backup support for quotes .
- Respond and communicate in a timely manner
- Utilize applicable sales tools effectively (CRM, estimating software, etc.)
