Financial Reporting Manager
We are recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to assist in the preparation of SEC filings and consolidations accounting for the organization. This would include the completion and filing of the organization’s 10-K / 10-Q's.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K)
- Assist with the accounting month end close, financial statement preparation, Consolidations and reporting as well as variance reporting.
- Understand, maintain and update our reporting framework for SEC compliance
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations, cash flow statements preparation and analysis
- Assist in compliance of Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Research complex transactions, technical accounting policies and documenting the respective changes
