Summary/Objective
The Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. This position must demonstrate strong leadership organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. NYC DOB LICENSE A MUST!!
Essential Functions
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings, specifications, shop drawings and schedules.
- Ability to understand construction related issues clearly, written and/ or verbal direction, accordingly.
- Have working knowledge of all phases and types of buildings.
- Have knowledge of construction safety practices, codes and issue related clear written and / or verbal direction accordingly.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
