Job Details:
A well respected Chicago area A&E firm seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator with experience in architecture, engineering or construction. Qualified candidates will write, design and produce marketing materials, working closely with senior management to support our growing firm.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and producing proposals/qualifications materials.
- Maintaining and tracking opportunities and project information in firm databases.
- Assisting with award submissions.
- Contributing content for internet marketing
- CRM Management
- Client meetings
Qualifications:
- Five (5)+ years of experience in marketing in the Architecture, Engineer or Construction industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM platforms
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in an architecture/engineer firm required
