Senior Estimator Commercial Construction

My client a growing General Construction company in the Laurel, Maryland area is seeking to add a Senior Estimator to their growing team! Qualified candidates will have experience estimating large scale projects. Multi-Family experience is a plus. Must have a strong knowledge of the regional market. Conceptual estimating and creating budgets based off of preliminary and schematic documents. Design/Build experience is a plus. Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
