Job Details:
This is a senior level developer position. This person will bring knowledge of how to develop and integrate salesforce and java systems. They will know about best practices both in software development and business process. They will be responsible for making decisions that will maximize the future potential by creating superior application systems.
Responsibilities include:
•Responsible for designing, developing and implementing customer facing solutions on
• thecom platform.
• Work effectively individually and with members of their project and client teams
• Design and develop solutions in Salesforce, JAVA, SOA, JavaScript and other technologies
• Learn, improve, and expand code quality, design, and version control best practices
• Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT’s, and work in partnership with client
• businessunits and project stakeholders
• Achieve Salesforce.com certification requirements as a developer and advanced developer
Required Education and Experience:
•B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with technical implementations of software development projects
• Application development experience with Salesforce, java, JavaScript, SQL or similar Proficiency with APIs, -- REST and SOAP-based web services (SOA)
•Expert in Object Oriented concepts and design, experience with OO languages
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Polyglot with experience in both OO and functional programming languages like Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript
• Active in the Salesforce or other technical communities in the form of blogs, stack exchange posts,github and the like.
• Experience using AngularJS or otherjavascript frameworks and libraries
• Experience with multiple CRM software packages
• One or more current Salesforce.com certifications (e.g. DEV401, DEV501)
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Work effectively individually and with members of their project and client teams
• Design and develop solutions in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
• Learn, improve, and expand code quality, design, and version control best practices
