My client a growing General Construction company in the Philadelphia area is seeking to add a Superintendent to their growing team! Candidates must have experience managing the field operations for ground-up and rehab projects. Candidates must have experience with Concrete Structures. Multi-Family project experience is key! Must be able to handle the scheduling, scope, budget. Great communication is essential as you will be the liaison with owners of the project. Candidates must be able to handle the project from cradle to grave. My client offers competitive salary and benefits!
