SITE SUPERINTENDENT - LOGAN AIRPORT
DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a Site Superintendent with 7-10+ years of experience on multi-million-dollar airport renovation projects. The successful candidate must be comfortable in all aspects of the construction process.
Responsibilities include overall control of a projects including establishing, coordinating, and maintaining all construction functions such as safety, affirmative action, quality, budget, schedule, and interface with clients, subcontractors, architects, trades and company management.
Candidate must be able to focus on the big picture, handle a fast-paced and challenging work environment while motivating self and others to perform. Previous experience in general construction, construction management, and design/build delivery methods, computer literacy
