My client is a well regarded specialty contractor seeking Plumbing CAD designer Senior level with building trades experience. The production CAD person will help the project managers and engineers with detailed drafting of their Plumbing projects. Prepared architectural backgrounds from the architects, which comprised of stripping the plan clean and ready for MEP design work. Created detailed mechanical drawings from manufacturers’ cut-sheets. Visited construction sites for TI projects and produced As-Built drawings used for tenant space reconfiguration. Supported the engineers with 2-D and 3-D drafting with CADDUCT and equipments location per zone. Supported total project production while adhering to good CAD layering system. Daily Back-up and Archiving projects as well! Willing to pay a sign on bonus if you come out of a direct competitor!
