Commercial HVAC Estimator

Role:
A Regional Commercial HVAC organization is looking to add an Estimator to their team. The business has been rapidly expanding and the workload is causing the creation of a newly created position that can both estimate and design.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate project cost
- Prepare cost designs on design/builds
- Prepare proposals
- Negotiate with clients
- Work with vendors on quotes
- Complete bid summaries
- Project profile sheets
- Act as a Project Manager
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant commercial construction experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant degree
- Will consider higher level individuals with the right skill set
