Job Details:
My client seeks building automation controls technicians both junior and senior level! Most of the work is in South Jersey too! My client seeks someone responsible for start up and commissioning of DDC and HVAC temperature control systems. The Essential Functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following: • Commission, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and DDC control systems to ensure proper installation and operation. • Installation and wiring of temperature control devices. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: • Technical experience with DDC controls and building management systems • Able to read wiring diagrams • Analytical approach to trouble shooting and problem solving • Team oriented, self motivated, and likes to work hands-on Experience or Training on following items is a plus • Technical experience with control systems in Boiler/Chiller/HVAC industry • Technical experience with PLC devices, programming, and integration • Knowledge of building automation industry standards such as BACnet, Lon Mark, OPC and oBIX , etc. If you have building automation experience, we should talk!
