Job Details:
JUNIOR ESTIMATOR
Growing New York City high-end residential construction contractor is seeking a Junior Estimator.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with senior estimating staff producing take-offs from drawings.
Obtain all necessary information from the senior estimating staff
Review, quantify and price cost savings opportunities as assigned.
Compare bid prices with projected budget costs.
Continually check work product for accuracy and completeness.
Minimum Requirements:
2-5 years of experience and proficiency in quantity take- offs, project procurement including bid preparation, and familiarization with standard construction details and drawings for high-end residential construction projects.
High-end residential construction experience
