The Cyber Security Analyst role is with my awarded client who happens to be one of Americas 50 fastest growing companies. This employee-owned company with a great benefits package is looking for a talented person to be part of a great Team working with the latest technologies to support our Military.
The Cyber Security Analyst will provide cybersecurity engineering, systems architecture, and certification and accreditation (C&A) support to ensure that all customer related missions remain certified and accredited and satisfy all cybersecurity requirements.
•MUST HAVE AND ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
•Candidate must display a broad knowledge of expertise in Cyber Security and Computer Network Defense.
•Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science in computer science, information security, or a related field.
•Candidate should have previous IA experience, knowledge of IA policy (DIACAP), and the ability to effectively communicate with teammates.
•Candidate should have an active security-related certification (i.e., CISSP, CAP, or Security+).
•3+ years of experience as a cybersecurity analyst
•Ability to communicate complex technical and programmatic information to both technical engineers and leadership
•Ability to work with a team and be team minded.
•Strong writing, presentation and professional communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
•Already obtained or at a minimum have the willingness to quickly take and pass Security+ and/or equivalent certification within 30 days of employment
HIGHLY DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of Security+ required. CISSP, CISM, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, RHCSA, CAP, other industry standard IT Security certification(s) preferred
•MUST HAVE AND ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
