Project Manager (Glass & Glazing)
Award winning national glass and glazing construction company that specializes in interior commercial glass projects is looking for the following for their NewYork City branch:
- 5-10 years overseeing glass and glazing projects that include ornamental metals, column covers, railing systems, exterior cladding, interior walls, glass wall systems, etc.
- Review and analyze bid packages and contracts
- Thorough knowledge of the project, budget, project specifications, contract documents and drawings, changes, schedules
- Attend meetings with general contractors and architects.
- Take project from concept to completion.
- Glass and glazing contractor experience is a requirement
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
