Construction Vice President/General Manager Our client, a leading real-estate developer in DE focusing in quality construction, has an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Construction VP/GM. This position is responsible to monitor costs analysis activities, develop the business model to be in alignment with company goals, supervise division activities through subordinate management, contract negotiation and preparation, and effectively ensure quality construction compliance, etc. This includes responsibility to plan and direct all aspects of the construction division to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Requirements include a BS degree and minimum ten years experience to include executive level responsibilities. Must have experience in residential and commercial construction from site (ground down) to building (bricks & sticks) operations. Must understand the small business environment of getting things done and not be afraid to take a little risk to do so.
