- Bachelor's in Engineering | Electrical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is acceptable
- Minimum of 3 years' experience designing, managing the installation of, and conducting Factory acceptance and site acceptance testing of manufacturing process lines.
- Prior background choosing and managing vendors and suppliers
- Experience making recommendations to maintenance to ensure maximum up-time and equipment reliability
