Job Details:
We are seeking a Structural Bridge Engineer to join a growing transportation infrastructure team serving public sector clients throughout the Philadelphia suburban region. This role involves the planning, design, analysis, and rehabilitation of bridge structures for municipal, county, and state transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on highway bridges, culverts, and related transportation structures, with the ability to support projects from preliminary engineering through final construction documents.
Responsibilities include structural analysis and design, preparation of detailed construction drawings and technical specifications, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, field inspections, and support during construction administration. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and interfacing with clients and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, PE license preferred, and experience with bridge design software such as LEAP Bridge, OpenBridge Designer, or similar tools.
Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications is strongly preferred.
