**Key Qualifications:**
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from a Technical/Trade School.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the HVAC field.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, equipment manuals, and engineering specifications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Must hold a valid driver's license and the EPA certification for safe refrigerant handling.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.
- Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
