HVAC Technical Sales Representative
My client is a top notch Mechanical Contractor in the region that is actively seeking an HVAC Technical Sales Representative. My client is seeking a confident and initiative-taking technical sales professional to grow our HVAC Mechanical Services business in the Pittsburgh area. This position is responsible for building additional customer base and developing strong business relationships.
HVAC Technical Sales Representative Essential Functions: focused on the company’s target vertical markets; commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government.
- Increase and maintain business opportunities by working with prospects and customers to identify their needs and present company products and services to meet those needs.
- Create targeted and effective proposals, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner.
- Create cost estimates for HVAC Project and Maintenance scopes of work.
- Survey mechanical systems, equipment, and job conditions.
- Increase existing customer interaction and/or other services by maintaining ongoing relationships and insuring customer satisfaction.
- Self generate leads within the identified vertical markets and geographical regions.
- Build rapport and positive working relationships with office staff, field personnel and management.
