**Responsibilities:**
- Assist senior technicians with pavement investigations and asphalt construction projects.
- Perform testing on soils, aggregates, concrete, and other materials both in the field and lab.
- Prepare and review test data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Participate in data entry, reporting, and various testing tasks as required.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma required.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Strong independence and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Effective at time management and teamwork.
