Senior Manager – Internal Communications (Contract | Part-Time)

A growing financial technology organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to drive strategic employee messaging and support company-wide initiatives. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to craft clear, compelling communications around product launches, business priorities, and organizational change.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver company-wide internal communications and messaging
• Partner with leadership and teams across product, engineering, and financial services
• Support product launch communications and strategic initiatives
• Provide executive messaging, narrative development, and presentation support
• Drive change management communications in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• 8–10 years of corporate communications experience
• Strong internal/employee communications background
• Experience communicating fintech products or initiatives
• Experience supporting senior leadership communications
• Strong writing, storytelling, and slide development skills
Additional Details
• Part-time contract (~15 hours/week)
