Administrative Assistant — Philadelphia Suburbs
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and keep our team running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in staying one step ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and project teams
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Maintain digital and paper filing systems and organize office records
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic office bookkeeping tasks
- Support general office operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
