HVAC and Plumbing Construction Foreman
My client is a well known Commercial Construction Contractor. They are actively seeking HVAC and Plumbing Construction Foremen.
- Lead the layout and installation of HVAC and plumbing systems on large commercial projects
- Manage jobsite planning with a focus on staying ahead—coordinate crews, deliveries, and equipment to maintain schedule and production targets.
- Manage project execution, production goals and quality standards with minimal oversight
- Communicate directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders.
- Perform accurate material takeoffs and contribute to cost projections.
- Complete all required daily reports, safety huddles, goal tracking, inspections, and jobsite documentation.
- Mentor junior foremen and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, learning, and excellence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC and plumbing experience, including at least 3 years of crew leadership
- Journeyman or Master’s license (Plumbing or HVAC), preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and technical specs
- Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong jobsite relationships
