**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in building automation or mechanical industries.
- Proficient understanding of building automation systems, including LON, BACnet, and Modbus protocols.
- Familiarity with control sequences for HVAC systems and related equipment such as boilers and chillers.
- Experience with systems from Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, Siemens, Delta, and more.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
We offer a salary ranging from $55 per hour based on experience.
