Field Service Technician - Journeyman Mechanic
**Responsibilities:**
- Tackle intricate mechanical and electrical challenges in chiller and boiler systems.
- Accurately estimate resources needed for large-scale projects.
- Interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Collaborate effectively with various trades and contractors.
- Guide and support junior technicians with your wealth of experience.
- Uphold compliance and maintain systems efficiently.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial HVAC and mechanical experience.
- EPA Certification is a must.
- A spotless driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and multi-housing systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for HVAC systems.
