Job Details:
Role: Manager of Business Analysis
We’re seeking a hands-on leader to manage a team of Business Analysts supporting and enhancing core banking systems. This role ensures reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across platforms while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, setting clear goals and workflows

Oversee business systems analysis, documentation, and process improvements

Drive projects in partnership with cross-functional teams

Champion efficiency, quality, and innovation in all operations
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of leadership experience in banking operations, IT, or business analysis
-
Strong background in process design, documentation, and systems management
-
Experience with banking software a plus (Symitar, Synergy, MeridianLink, etc.)
-
Professional certifications (PMI-PBA, CBAP, etc.) preferred or willingness to obtain
