Residential/Light Commercial HVAC Technician
My client is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings in the Greater Delaware County area.
- Install and service residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and compliance with EPA standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and solutions to homeowners.
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety protocols (e.g., OSHA 10).
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician in residential settings.
- EPA Universal Certification and Journeyman HVAC license preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
