MAINTENANCE MANAGER

- Ensure heating and plumbing systems remain functional.
- Inspect and maintain alarm systems, scheduling necessary repairs.
- Conduct manual repairs (e.g., fix locks, replace windows) and participate in pest control measures.
- Oversee general upkeep tasks such as landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
- Assist with budget preparation and compliance.
- Manage and guide a team of 5-10 mechanics and oversee small projects.
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated troubleshooting experience as a maintenance technician.
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Familiarity with general maintenance processes and methods.
- Proficient with various tools, appliances, and devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity.
- Physically fit and strong.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in HVAC or building maintenance technology is a plus.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Full-time position offering up to - $35.00 per hour.
