**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil design, focusing on land development and complex project management
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proven track record of effective project management and leadership
- Expertise in civil engineering principles, construction methods, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and risk management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop project teams
- Experience with business development, including proposal preparation and client relationship management
