Project Manager – Mechanical Construction
A well-established mechanical construction company is seeking a Project Manager to support project execution from start to finish. This role involves working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee HVAC and plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.

Manage project costs, labor, and subcontractors.

Prepare purchase orders, review submittals, and track project expenses.

Conduct cost reviews and reporting to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Maintain job site safety through meetings and incident investigations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of construction management principles, budgeting, and safety regulations.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
