**Desired Skills and Experience:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or ability to secure one within a year
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in stormwater management and drainage design
- Proficient in FDOT standards and criteria, with strong skills in MicroStation/GEOPAK; 3D modeling is a plus
- Expertise in hydraulic modeling tools such as ICPR, SWMM, ASAD, and HEC-RAS
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational abilities
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting
