- 0-5 years of hands-on experience in controls engineering.
- Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting PLC industrial control systems, including familiarity with systems like Rockwell, Siemens, and Square D.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to supervise field installations and oversee electrical installation subcontractors.
- Demonstrable competency in using industrial networks such as ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet.
- A proactive approach to maintaining quality and improving processes within project specifications.
