PROJECT MANAGER
High-end builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee NYC construction projects.
DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional time management skills, customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the construction processes. This role requires proficiency in a project management software that we utilize.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-end residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with office, sub-contractors, inspectors, and homeowners to ensure projects are complete timely and in the correct manner.
- Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Utilize project management software to track project progress, approve invoices, review upcoming project, and much more.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and customer relations
- Understand construction estimates and budgets while managing costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with clients, management, and office regarding project status, challenges, and resolutions.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
