**Key Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience in designing wastewater treatment infrastructure, such as sanitary collection systems and mechanical treatment facilities.
- Skilled in water supply infrastructure design, including distribution systems and treatment facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one in 1 year
- Minimum of 7 in water/wastewater engineering, with proven project management success.
- Strong grasp of technical design, permitting, and construction oversight.
- Ability to manage project budgets and adhering to tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with municipal water projects in urban settings is an advantage.
