**Key Qualifications:**
- Over 15 years of field experience in instrumentation & electrical work, specifically within the Industrial Oil & Gas sector.
- Previous leadership roles in project management are essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree or technical diploma is advantageous.
- Must possess skills for budgeting, quality control, and supervising electrical system installations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Master Electrician licensed in Texas and New Mexico is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Equipment Knowledge Includes:**
- Familiarity with digital cameras, multimeters, and calibration gear.
- Hands-on experience with essential electrical tools.
**Requirements:**
- Must have a valid driver's license and be open to background checks.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and accommodate different project demands.
