**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Active Florida Professional Engineering Registration
- Advanced proficiency in Microstation/GEOPAK processes
- Familiarity with FDOT design standards and plan preparations
- Experience in ICPR, SWMM, ASAD, and HEC-RAS is beneficial
- Strong coordination skills to manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Capable of performing internal Quality Control checks
- Experience mentoring and training junior engineers
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
