**Key Qualifications:**
- At least 3 years of hands-on Project Management experience in building automation and control systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget efficiently.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to identify and propose necessary change orders and seek technical support when required.
- Active problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges and deliver quality results.
- Willingness to travel as needed to oversee project developments.
