- Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering
- PE license, FL required
- 12+ years’ experience designing transportation projects
- Knowledge of FDOT
- Leadership role, driving and mentoring staff, support growth of department
- Project management including scope of work, estimates, scheduling, project schedules
