**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
- Expertise in stormwater, water resources, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, master planning, stream restoration, or stormwater design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Problem-solving skills with a passion for community impact
